Can under 18s attend Mozilla Festival?
Mozilla Festival is designed for adults who are 18 and over. Children aged 13 and under are admitted free and do not require a ticket. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult who assumes full responsibility and supervision at all times. If the child is of walking age, we request they wear a wristband with the parent or carer’s cell number. We will have a baby changing and feeding room onsite.
I have registered for a badge - how do I collect this when I arrive at the venue?
Have your QR code ready and head to badge pick up - our registration team will be ready to scan your code, then you’ll be directed to collect your badge and wristband. This gives you access to the festival for the duration, and with your wristbands you can access all of the festival sessions, installations and common spaces.
Once I collect my badge onsite - do I have to go back through badge pick up if I re-enter the space?
No need! Just head through the main entrance - you’ll need to be re-scanned (for monitoring numbers in the space) with one of our volunteers but no need to wait in line again once you have your badge.
